ETQ Quality Vision is ETQ’s new spring customer conference, making its first annual appearance in sunny Miami, Florida. ETQ Quality Vision 2020 is your opportunity to learn about the latest ETQ solutions and innovations, connect with fellow ETQ customers from around the world and share experiences and best practices. This spring’s conference will also focus on promoting the value of Quality from suppliers to your customers — and even their customers — and advancing a culture of quality to grow brand loyalty and accelerate revenue.

As part of Quality Vision 2020, the ETQ Reliance Passport Training will be held on the third and fourth days, where you can participate in advanced training on ETQ Reliance. This training includes administrator training, configurations and advanced features for those looking to further their Reliance knowledge. ETQ Reliance Administration (Named-Caller) Hands-On

The Administration (Named-Caller) course provides a hands-on overview of day-to-day administration activities of ETQ Reliance. Exercises will cover how to best utilize the Administration Center to manage users, groups, and security. Content will also cover how best to work with ETQ Technical Support via the ETQ Help Desk and common administrative tasks such as promotions, reviewing logs, etc.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Reliance Administrator Certification Training 2019 (~4hrs)

Who should take this course?

  • Reliance Administrators / Named-Callers who would like to understand how to efficiently work with ETQ Technical Support

ETQ Reliance Designer – Designing and Building Applications

The Introduction to ETQ Reliance Designer course provides a comprehensive and hands-on overview of configuration utilizing the Reliance Designer. Exercises will cover how to build forms, workflows, and views in ETQ Reliance as well as how best to utilize the Administration Center to develop and modify basic documents and processes.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Reliance Administrator Certification Training 2019 (~4hrs)
  • ETQ Reliance Basic Designer Certification Training 2019 (~6hrs)

Who should take this course?

  • Reliance Administrators who would like to better understand how the back-end of their Reliance system functions
  • Beginning Reliance Designers who would like an opportunity to have a guided experience in building and modifying forms, workflows, and views
  • Named Callers who need a better understanding of system design elements to be able to better troubleshoot issues or work with the ETQ Help Desk

ETQScript – Configuring Advanced Business Logic in ETQ Reliance

The ETQScript course will cover hands-on ETQ Scripting exercises to help customers configure more complex business requirements. The exercises will specifically focus on using ETQScript to configure a module to apply commonly requested business logic.

Prerequisites

Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, etc) strongly recommended

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Reliance Basic Designer Certification Training 2019 (~4hrs)
  • ETQ Reliance Administrator Certification Training 2019 (~6hrs)

Advanced/Expert ETQ Reliance Implementation Use Cases and Case Studies

An interactive session covering multiple business cases requiring advanced ETQ configuration and scripting skills. The session covers best practices around scripting and explains a step by step approach in achieving some highly complex business requirements using ETQ Reliance. Solutions sets cover the entire gamut of ETQ’s advanced solution offerings, such as real-time integrations for just-in-time delivery, advanced scripting to automate compliance and quality assurance and automated problem detection to enable a pro-active approach to problem solving. The purpose of the session is to learn how to maximize Reliance to solve the trickiest and most complex business requirements.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Reliance Basic Designer Certification Training 2019 (~4hrs)

  • ETQ Quality Vision is the new name for the ETQ annual customer conference. This conference provides an opportunity to learn from your quality peers and ETQ experts about the latest innovations, solutions, trends and issues in quality, as well as enjoy hands-on training to help you get the most out of your ETQ Reliance solution. The conference will consist of a Quality Leadership Forum, opening reception, two days of product update and customer sessions and two days of intensive training on Reliance.

  • ETQ customers requested that we move the conference to a spring schedule. ETQ Quality Vision 2020 is now the traditional ETQ customer conference with the new Quality Leadership Forum on the afternoon of the first day, two full days of product strategy sessions, The Customer Innovation Awards, and two days of training. The fall 2019 Product Strategy & Training Conference was a shorter conference for customers to facilitate the adjustment to a spring schedule. It included one day of product strategy sessions and two days of training sessions. Following our March 2020 conference, the next ETQ customer conference will be held in spring 2021.

  • The ETQ Innovation Excellence Award Program recognizes ETQ customers who have implemented ETQ Reliance and achieved excellent and innovative outcomes, resulting in a significant impact on their business.

    If your organization has created an innovative solution to manage and measure quality, EHS or compliance with ETQ, we want to hear about it. There is no fee to enter. Awards consist of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers with recognition at ETQ Quality Vision 2020 in March 2020. The top 3 finishers will have an opportunity to present their solution at this year’s conference. The 1st place winner will receive a free pass for 2 people to attend the 2-day strategy portion of ETQ Quality Vision 2021. Our 2nd and 3rd place finishers will also receive fabulous awards, as noted in the Award Program Application.

    The Innovation Award application process is now open on this conference website. The application will be due on Friday, January 10th. If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • There are several levels of pricing (early bird until: January 10, 2019). Check the pricing matrix for details.

  • Attendees span multiple functions including Quality, Operations, and IT leaders. ETQ’s customers span many industries, which are also broadly represented.

  • The dress code is business casual for all events, day and night. The weather in Miami should be between the 60-80s!

  • Attendees will have the opportunity to download presentations from a secure site once the event is over.

  • The hotel is 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA). Check the hotel for directions.

  • There are special discount rooms reserved for attendees. Your hotel room and incidental charges will be your responsibility. In addition, you will get access to the health club and pool (so you don’t need to pay the resort fee). The reserved room block is limited and will expire so book your hotel room now. The special rate is $249/night and can be extended before and after the conference if you want to extend your stay and bring guests. Book your hotel room now.   • We have a welcome reception on Monday evening, March 2. On Tuesday we’ll serve breakfast, lunch and a special off-site evening reception at the nearby Frost Museum. On Wednesday and Thursday, breakfast and lunch and breaks are provided and a happy hour reception on Wednesday night.

  • Contact ETQ if you need to cancel your registration. You may cancel for a full refund until Feb 1. A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between Feb 1 and Feb 20. After Feb 20, we already committed to the hotel, so we apologize there will be no refunds. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel rooms directly and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you registered for the conference but are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Substitutions should be submitted by email to ETQ. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s name and contact information.

She brings more than 25 years of operational and quality leadership experience in high-growth tech businesses, from start-ups to public companies. She was previously CMO of ATG (acquired by Oracle), Carbonite, and Newforma, as well as local start-ups Centive (acquired by Xactly) and Kubi Software.
