Vick Vaishnavi

Vick Vaishnavi, Chief Executive Officer

Vick is responsible for leading the overall business strategy and operations of ETQ. As a seasoned business and technology leader, Vick has extensive experience guiding software and other technology firms to industry leadership and business growth.

Prior to ETQ, Vick was SVP and General Manager of the Global CEM business at Everbridge, a global enterprise SaaS company; CEO of Yottaa, a SaaS software company specializing in the ecommerce market; and CEO of Aveksa Inc., a leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) software.  He also was CMO of BladeLogic, a global leader in data center automation.

Vaishnavi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee; a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

John Taylor

John Taylor, Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, John oversees the strategic direction of ETQ Reliance. He brings over 30 years of experience building and leading engineering teams that enable customers and users to successfully use large scale IoT solutions that solve real business problems. Prior to ETQ, John led engineering and technology teams at PTC, Inc., Axeda Corp, and Questra, where he developed IoT software when it was an emerging market. John holds 12 patents.

Maureen Pienta ETQ CMO

Maureen Pienta, Chief Marketing Officer

Maureen is responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, planning, and execution at ETQ. She brings more than 20 years of marketing and sales leadership experience with high growth organizations, and she is especially skilled at maximizing the marketing and sales dynamic to increase sales productivity. Maureen was the Vice President, Marketing and Demand Generation at Mimecast during the company’s period of explosive growth and IPO. She also held marketing leadership roles at Nuance, Bright Horizons, and Berkshire Grey. Maureen holds a BS in business administration and marketing from Stonehill College.

Osama Solieman

Osama Solieman, Chief Customer Officer

Osama oversees all customer experience teams including professional services, customer success, customer support and training programs. Osama is a long-time veteran of ETQ having started his career as an implementation consultant and growing his responsibilities and impact through the customer experience organization.  Most recently, Osama held the position of Vice President, Professional Services at ETQ. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Cathy Renda

Cathy Renda, Chief People Officer, Employee Engagement

Cathy is responsible for all employee engagement activity including talent acquisition, people management, corporate culture and organizational design. Cathy has more than 20 years-experience in people operations, primarily in the technology industry. She also has deep experience in finance, accounting and sales operations. Prior to ETQ, Cathy was Director, Employee Engagement at WinterWyman. Previously, she was head of human resources and office management at Quanticate and held the position of Director, Human Resources, at Authoria. She studied business administration and accounting from Massachusetts Bay Community College and finance and accounting at Northeastern University.

Risa Sparks

Risa Sparks, Chief Financial Officer

Risa Sparks is responsible for ETQ’s finance, accounting, legal and IT/business operations/security, as well as quality and compliance functions.

Prior to ETQ, Sparks was senior vice president of strategic finance and accounting at Panorama Education, where she led the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, accounting and corporate development.

Previously, Sparks was vice president, M&A integration at Everbridge, where she managed the integration and value creation for key acquisitions comprising more than $400M of transaction value. She also held strategic finance positions with global firms such as edX, SunEdison, Chevron and Intel.

Sparks holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University; and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Russ Mellott

Russ Mellott, Chief Revenue Officer

Russ leads sales operations, customer account management and indirect sales channels. Prior to ETQ, Russ was senior vice president and Chief Revenue Officer for Model N where he was responsible for revenue for commercial teams. Previously, he was vice president of software sales for Intelligrated. Before Intelligrated, he was senior vice president of sales for Epicor Software. He holds a BS in Computer Science from La Salle University.

Jamie Fernandes

Jamie Fernandes, Chief Product Officer

As part of the ETQ executive team, Jamie is responsible for ETQ’s corporate strategy and long-term product direction. For more than 20 years, he has been instrumental in bringing new products and services to market, and creating new business and revenue streams for companies such as Mimecast, Sophos, and Sermo. Jamie earned a BA from Brandeis University and holds two patents.
