ETQ Passport Training

As part of the ETQ Product Training & Strategy Conference, the ETQ Reliance Passport Training will be held on the second and third days, where you can participate in advanced training on ETQ Reliance. This training includes administrator training, configurations and advanced features for those looking to further their Reliance knowledge. You can also register for only the Passport Training.

Class Levels: Basic, Intermediate & Expert

Overview

The Basic Designer course provides a comprehensive and hands-on overview of configuration utilizing the Reliance Designer. Exercises will cover how to build forms, workflows, and views in ETQ Reliance as well as how best to utilize the Administration Center to develop and modify basic documents and processes.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Reliance Basic Designer Certification Training 2019
  • ETQ Reliance Administrator Certification Training 2019

Who should take this course?

  • Reliance Administrators who would like to better understand how the back-end of their Reliance system functions
  • Beginning Reliance Designers who would like an opportunity to have a guided experience in building and modifying forms, workflows and views
  • Named Callers who need a better understanding of system design elements to be able to better troubleshoot issues or work with the ETQ Help Desk

Overview

The Intermediate Designer course will cover hands-on ETQ Scripting exercises to help customers configure more complex business requirements. The exercises will specifically focus on using ETQScript to configure an out-of-box module (e.g. Corrective Action) to apply commonly requested business logic.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Reliance Intermediate Designer Certification Training 2019

Who should take this course?

  • Proficient Reliance Designers who would like an opportunity to have hands-on experience in writing and modifying ETQScript to meet business needs
  • Named Callers who need a better understanding of how to troubleshoot and update ETQScript logic

Overview

An interactive session covering multiple business cases requiring advanced ETQ configuration and scripting skills. The session covers best practices around scripting and explains a step by step approach in achieving some highly complex business requirements using ETQ Reliance. Solutions sets cover the entire gamut of ETQ’s advanced solution offerings, such as real-time integrations for just-in-time delivery, advanced scripting to automate compliance and quality assurance and automated problem detection to enable a pro-active approach to problem solving. The purpose of the session is to learn how to maximize Reliance to solve the trickiest and most complex business requirements.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the following courses in ETQ Academy:

  • ETQ Academy 2019 Administration, Basic, and Intermediate Certifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing and configuring ETQ Reliance applications

  • Advanced Reliance Administrators and Designers who have advanced knowledge of ETQ Reliance and related technical knowledge in databases, programming, and enterprise integration

    The conference will consist of an opening reception, one day of product update sessions and two days of intensive training on Reliance 2019.

  • This year we will have our annual user conference in October 2019 as well as a more extensive spring conference in 2020 with our traditional Customer Innovation Awards and two full days of product strategy sessions. ETQ’s customers have requested that we move to a spring schedule for our customer conference and we are taking the opportunity to do that now, starting in spring 2020 and then again in spring 2021. We believe you will find both events of value to your organization. You can expect many more sessions and some exciting new themes for senior quality leaders at the spring conference.

  • We have several levels of pricing (early bird until: July 10, 2019). Check our pricing matrix for details.

  • Quality VPs, directors, and senior managers in every industry attend the conference

  • The dress code is business casual for all events, day and night.

  • Attendees will have the opportunity to download presentations from a secure site once the event is over.

  • You can fly into either Dallas Love Field or Dallas/Fort Worth. The hotel is just 10 minutes from Dallas Love Field and 20 minutes from Fort Worth and the airport. Check the hotel for directions.

  • We have reserved discount rooms for you. Your hotel room and incidental charges will be your responsibility. In addition, you will get access to the health club and pool (so you don’t need to pay a resort fee). Book your hotel room now.

  • We have a reception on Monday, October 14, continental breakfast, lunch and an evening reception on Tuesday. On Wednesday and Thursday, continental breakfast and lunch and breaks are provided.

  • Contact ETQ if you want to cancel your registration. A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between September 16 and October 1. After October 2, there will be no refunds. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel rooms directly. No-shows are non-refundable.

He began his career as a quality systems manager, where he documented and implemented all aspects of a QMS that ultimately achieved ISO 9001 registration. He has consulted with numerous companies to help streamline their QMS and achieve compliance. Since joining ETQ in 2003, Tom has served in various sales and solutions engineering roles and has been instrumental in contributing to the organization's growth.

She was previously CMO of ATG (acquired by Oracle), Carbonite, and Newforma, as well as local start-ups Centive (acquired by Xactly) and Kubi Software.

With no background in IT or Reliance, he was forced to learn quickly. As the sole resource for Reliance at Lumileds, Sadiq manages 2,000 users globally, across 14 sites. He has released 15 modules.

In his current role, Adam and his team are responsible for worldwide ETQ Reliance development and deployment within Ingersoll Rand with Adam being the primary architect of our ETQ solutions.

She has led the supplier quality organization for electronics commodity, and supports the transformation of supplier quality processes with ETQ products. Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from UANL University and an MBA from EGAII University.

Her unique approach in solving Fortune 100 level business problems has resulted in two ETQ Innovation Award wins (2016, 2018). Additionally, Kimberlee founded a think tank Innovation team in 2015, which is comprised of large corporations united to serve the holistic design and innovation needs for a major quality, safety and regulatory solution.
