ETQ Continues Strong New Sales and Customer Expansion Momentum

August 17, 2020

BURLINGTON, Mass. — August 17, 2020 ETQ, the leading quality management system (QMS) provider, today announced it grew its customer roster significantly in the six months ending June 30. Despite an uncertain economy, the company’s SaaS growth marks a strong performance in adding new logos and expanding existing customer deployments.

In the first half of the year, companies such as Cosmo Pharmaceuticals, Cree, GATX, Ortho Development, NanoString Technologies, Owlet Baby Care, Philly Shipyard, Sonosite and Tempus invested in ETQ Reliance and are now benefiting from a comprehensive and agile approach to quality management. Additionally, dozens of existing customers, such as Adaptive Biotechnologies, CorneaGen, Jabil and Virgin Galactic, expanded their deployments of ETQ Reliance to bring automation and quality data analytics to more quality processes, and to harmonize their quality environment on a single QMS.

“Our supplier quality engineering group is extremely happy with ETQ,” said Steven Bergeron, Director of Quality, Cree. “The best quality system is the one that people are willing to use to solve their problems, not mine. Adoption is absolutely critical. Ultimately, 5500 people in eight locations around the world will use this system.“

As seen in a recent industry survey sponsored by ETQ, organizations increasingly view quality and quality management systems as strategic business drivers, not just a compliance task. In doing so, organizations are acknowledging the power of a comprehensive quality management system to improve business performance and competitive advantage at every stage of the product lifecycle – from new product introduction to post-market customer relations. ETQ Reliance, the industry’s most complete and flexible QMS software delivers that advantage today and can easily adapt as customers’ needs evolve.

“The unprecedented challenges of the last six months demonstrate the necessity of truly agile business processes that can adapt to major disruptions in staffing, supply chains, transportation and logistics and other elements of the product and service lifecycle,” said Rob Gremley, CEO, ETQ. “At ETQ, we have been proud to help our customers meet these challenges – whether it’s ensuring compliance, supply chain quality, access to documents and processes in the cloud, safety management, maintaining staff training programs, or supporting virtual audits.”

In the first half of 2020, ETQ continued to extend its industry-leading Customer Experience by unveiling a rich new peer-to-peer online community for ETQ customers to get advice and share best practices. The company also launched ETQ Academy Live, a series of in-depth training webinars that help ETQ customers take advantage of the inherent agility and flexibility their ETQ Reliance QMS.
