There are few things more rewarding in business than being recognized for what you do best. For us, it’s quality management software. When you pour your heart and soul into it every day, there’s just something about being recognized as among the best of the best for your core competency that makes you even more committed to your mission.

At ETQ, our mission is quality. We’re here to help our clients produce top-notch products while working with their existing workflows and meeting all compliance requirements. And we think we have done our job when we have helped make our customers successful with their customers.

That’s why we were so excited when we were recently recognized as “Overall Best in Category” in the QMS software category of the Spring 2020 Customer Success Report by Featured Customers.

Featured Customers is a website dedicated to guiding businesses of all sizes through their software purchasing decisions by providing them with high-quality, authentic references from genuine, verified customers. For their 2020 Customer Success Report, they narrowed all possible electronic quality management systems  (EQMS) down to a list of 23, based on internal rating factors. Then, they scoured the internet for authenticated reviews, testimonials, and videos to generate a holistic understanding of how customers viewed each product. They also looked at vendor KPIs like web traffic and search trends.

Not only did ETQ make it to the list of 23, we were recognized with a “Best in Category” designation, something reserved for vendors with a considerable customer base, proven success, and social media influence.

Why are we so thrilled with this recognition?

Because it’s based on what our customers say about us. We can talk about ourselves all day long, but it’s what our customers say that really matters ( 84% of B2Bs start their purchasing process by gathering referrals.). And there are plenty of other statistics that support the fact that customer referrals and testimonials have a huge influence on purchasing decisions.

Not what we say, but what our customers say

A number of customers left testimonials for us at Featured Customers, and we’re proud of every one of them. But it’s the testimonial from Herman Miller that really captures the reason we come to work every day:

“Greater customer satisfaction is truly the goal of Herman Miller’s strategic thrust, and ETQ is the backbone of that strategic thrust. It allows for the documentation, training, and execution of work from consistent and shared information across all divisions, and provides databases to store information, which can be shared enterprise wide. It facilitates continuous improvement to our business processes. It provides important metrics relative to our business processes so that improvement needs are visible, and continuous improvement tracked for effectiveness.”

Other customers that contributed testimonials include:

  •  FUJIFILM
  • Subway
  • Polaris Laboratories
  • GM

And, as we pride ourselves on meeting our customers where they are and helping them customize ETQ to meet their needs, we were thrilled to receive testimonials from varied industries:

  •  Electronics
  • Medical devices
  • Heavy and general manufacturing
  • Food and beverage
  • Aerospace and defense
  • Metals and mining
  • Automotive manufacturing
  • Agriculture
  • Chemicals

Why are we bragging about this reward?

We’re not bragging about this award just to give ourselves a pat on the back. We’re sharing third-party information because we know it carries more weight and authenticity than anything we could tell you about ourselves. And we want you to have that information because we truly believe that we can help you build a platform that meets and exceeds your needs for quality and compliance.

We’re working every day to add more features and improve usability. And there’s a good reason for that. We recently released our report, “The State of Quality Management: 2020,” and it clearly shows that the strongest companies are making a mindset shift: Instead of seeing compliance and quality management as a necessary evil, they’re now beginning to see it as a strategic competitive advantage. We’ve always seen quality from a strategic perspective and, as our customers move toward that goal, we’ll be ready and waiting to serve them.

If you want to know more, we’ll be happy to walk you through a demo.
