Rob Gremley is responsible for the overall business strategy and operations of ETQ. He works closely with customers to make sure the company is fully aligned with their needs and delivering quality management tools that have a direct impact on business value. A career technologist, Rob has specialized in the application of software to optimize business process, especially complex enterprise-level challenges. Prior to ETQ, Rob was Group President of PTC’s Technology Platform Group where he built the firm’s market-leading technology platform for industrial internet-of-things (IIOT) solutions. Rob’s experience in B2B enterprise software spans a wide array of software functions, including managing professional services, marketing, and R&D. Rob holds a BSME and MSME, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Nina is responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, planning and execution at ETQ. She brings more than 25 years of operational and executive leadership experience in high-growth tech businesses at a variety stages of scale, from start-ups to public companies. She was previously CMO of ATG (acquired by Oracle), Carbonite, and Newforma, as well as local start-ups Centive (acquired by Xactly) and Kubi Software. In addition, Nina served 9 years in product development leadership roles at Lotus/IBM. Nina holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
Brian is responsible for managing and growing ETQ’s revenue stream across all product lines and geographies. He is an experienced and respected industry executive known for driving profitable growth and building high-performance sales organizations in technology-centric industries and cloud-based applications. Before joining ETQ, Brian was Vice President of Sales, Americas, for Epicor Software Corporation where he developed and executed sales in North America and LatAM. He transformed and led by driving new go-to-market strategies through channel, field, account management and inside sales functions. Brian holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN.
Morgan Palmer has been at the forefront of quality management technology for more than 20 years. As the technical architect for ETQ, he drives innovation across the company’s product line to build and enhance quality applications that drive clear business value for ETQ customers. Morgan holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and management from IMIP MBA Institute, Paris.
Joseph Randazzo serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of ETQ. In this role he oversees all legal, IT, customer success, corporate operations and digital transformation teams. Joseph was previously VP & General Manager of ETQ’s Cloud Division with oversight over its SaaS product lines. He has a proven history of driving top line revenue while managing efficient corporate operations through building winning cultures. Prior to joining ETQ Joseph, held legal roles in both private and public service practice. He began his career in banking in licensed advisor and management roles at HSBC, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo. Joseph graduated from Touro Law as a member of Law Review and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
Rick Russo joined ETQ as Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and brings over 25 years of experience in the software and manufacturing industries to the team. Rick is responsible for the finance, accounting, strategy and M&A activities at ETQ. Prior to joining the company, Rick spent 10 years at Epicor Software Corporation, a global ERP Software company, as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer and VP of Finance. Before that, he spent nine years in various financial positions including Senior Director of Corporate FP&A at Solectron Corporation, a $10 billion global electronics manufacturing company. Rick holds a BS in accounting from the State University of New York, Brockport.
Steen oversees ETQ’s professional services, customer support and academy training programs around the world. He is a seasoned international technology executive with a strong track record of creating and executing delivery, support and services programs for global technology companies, especially in the ERP and supply chain realm. Prior to joining ETQ, Steen was Chief Delivery Officer with Quintiq (a Dassault Systèmes Company), where he was responsible for growing the professional services revenue and profitability of the 500+ consultants worldwide through successful project implementations and customer satisfaction. He also drove Quintiq’s global training and certification through Quintiq Academy and knowledge sharing through the Quintiq Community program. Before Quintiq, Steen was Vice President, Sales and Professional Services at Deltek. Steen holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Aarhus School of Business at Aarhus University in Aarhus, Denmark.
Brian is ETQ’s chief global people executive. He is responsible for the company’s talent acquisition and people management, corporate culture and organizational design. Brian takes a top-down and business-goal-oriented approach to align and manage the people operations function in a diverse, global and growing company like ETQ. Prior to ETQ, Brian was Vice President, Global People Operations at KBACE Technologies, a global SaaS, software and services organization. At KBACE, Brian helped scale the organization and transition a successful sale. Brian has been a part of the Boston start-up technology landscape for the past 20 years in all aspects of organization infrastructure, people and culture. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Nichols College.
