EtQ Announces Innovation Excellence Award Finalists

FARMINGDALE, NY (09-30-15): EtQ is pleased to announce the finalists of EtQ’s 2015 Innovation Excellence Award.

As part of EtQ’s commitment to fostering innovation within its customer base, EtQ continues to celebrate customer ingenuity with its successful award program. The EtQ Innovation Excellence Award Program recognizes those customers who have implemented EtQ’s software in innovative ways to address a key business challenge that has significantly impacted their business. This year, EtQ has selected the top three finalists who will present their innovative applications at EtQ’s 19th Annual User Conference to be held from October 12th – 14th at the Wild Horse Pass Resort, AZ.

The three finalists and their innovations are:

  • Celestica: Celestica will showcase its user and group access application that allows requested access to certain groups without having to update them through the Enterprise Configuration Center (ECC). It also allows them to link access to groups and modules through training and global assignment users in document control. This confirms that the person is trained properly with access to the modules.
  • Subway: Subway will show its product specification module that enables all product specifications to be put into one form. This allows for classifications, the normalization of ingredients and a global product classification.
  • Rheem: Rheem will showcase its walkthrough designer, which allows for the customization of an automated, live on screen, dictatorial walk through that can be easily implemented on any Reliance form.

“This year brought a tremendous number of applicants,” stated Glenn McCarty, Chief Executive Officer of EtQ. “Every year we see an increase in the number of applicants, and it’s exciting for us to see how much the Innovation Excellence Award Program continues to grow. EtQ looks forward to seeing the finalists present their innovations at this year’s User Conference.”

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded at EtQ’s 19th Annual User Conference.
