ETQ to Host 23rd Annual User Conference in Dallas, Texas

July 30, 2019

Boston, MA — July 30, 2019: ETQ, the leading provider of quality management solutions, today announced its 2019 Product Strategy & Training Conference, which will take place October 14-17 at the Hilton Anatolein Dallas, Texas. Now in its 23rd year, this event brings together ETQ customers, company executives and industry experts to discuss how to most effectively harness the power of ETQ Reliance and achieve higher levels of business performance with a smart and proven approach to quality management.

ETQ’s annual conference fosters a collaborative environment where quality professionals have the opportunity to learn about the company’s product strategy, explore new product and service capabilities, as well as hear from their peers about innovative applications of the ETQ quality management system (QMS). Guided by four key dimensions — Knowledge, Interaction, Networking, Training — the event provides users with the resources needed to inspire and execute sophisticated quality management strategies in their own organizations.

The 2019 Product Strategy & Training Conference will featurea keynote address from ETQ CEO Rob Gremley and CTO Morgan Palmer, on why quality matters now more than ever, what lies ahead in the quality management sector and ETQ’s QMS vision. Attendees can attend their choice of 12 different discussions led by customers and ETQ executives that will address the most pressing issues quality managers face. Sessions include: how to measure quality progress, Quality 4.0 strategies, how to integrate ETQ’s solution with other systems, and a customer panel on best practices in supplier quality management. In the concluding two days of the conference, users can participate in ETQ Reliance Passport Training sessions designed to provide hands-on user training, based on a customer’s experience level with ETQ Reliance.

“Quality creates endless possibilities for building a significant business advantage. With this conference, we aim to give customers the tools, knowledge and hands-on experience that will enable them to realize those advantages in their own quality programs,” said Nina McIntyre, Chief Marketing Officer at ETQ. “By bringing the ETQ users together, our intention is to connect our customers to the breadth and power of quality programs in the ETQ community and inspire new ideas for how Reliance can be applied to enhance quality management strategies – a benefit to both our customers and theirs.”

A sampling of ETQ’s customers who will be participating in panel discussions at the event include:
