Unicep Packaging Selects EtQ Reliance Quality Management System |

EtQ is pleased to announce the implementation of EtQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS) at Unicep Packaging—manufacturers of unit-dose contract packaging of lotions, gels, liquids, and semisolids into MicroDose® and Twist-Tip® unit-dose vials and VersaPak™ thermoform-fill-seal dispensers.
Unicep Packaging recognized a need for an efficient QMS that could streamline processes by quickly validating their environment - a necessary requirement for organizations regulated by the FDA in order to ensure a secure atmosphere.
The process of validation includes running test scripts at the installation and operational level - a process that can take months, even years. EtQ was able to make the process of validation more efficient for Unicep Packaging by completing this process in minutes through the use of its eValidator utility - cutting their validation time by 400 percent. "We were able to streamline Unicep Packaging’s validation process, which has an enormous effect on their personnel resources as well as implementation time," stated Glenn McCarty, Chief Executive Officer of EtQ. "With our eValidator tool, EtQ is able to give back to Unicep Packaging a most valuable resource—time."
