Reliance 8.0: EtQ will unveil the newest version of Reliance at this year's user conference. Get a front row seat into the newest enhancements to the latest release. Will include an overview on Reliance 8.0, plus several in-depth looks at highlighted features of the new release.
Innovation Awards: EtQ continues its successful Innovation awards program for 2010, empowering customers to demonstrate the innovative and exciting product developments they have created for their business. The top three finalists will present their innovation at the conference.
In-Depth Application Sessions & Workshops: EtQ continues to provide in-depth sessions on selected EtQ modules and utilities. Configuration, workflow, form, and similar examples will be provided, giving you insight on how to enhance your implementation of EtQ.
Leading Industry Trends: EtQ brings light to new industry trends and concepts, and how EtQ is helping to solve today’s most challenging business challenges, including Risk Mitigation, Reporting, Integration, Change Management, Quality Dashboards, Risk Management, EH&S, and more.
Industry-Specific Sessions: EtQ brings specific industry challenges to the forefront with common trends and insights, new and existing modules, and roundtable discussions on the challenges facing your industry.
Guest Speakers: EtQ will add value to our sessions by inviting guest speakers to provide knowledge on industry trends and insights.

Learn on maximizing Support and Services, gain insight into managing upgrades and migrations, and learn about new tools and enhancements and how you can leverage them in your implementation of EtQ.
Interactive One-on-One Sessions: One of the key highlights of the conference is the ability for users to connect with EtQ staff and get answers to their questions about the product. EtQ continues this tradition with interactive one-onone sessions throughout the conference. Users can schedule appointments to collaborate with tech support or our implementation consultants, giving users a chance to have exclusive, face-to-face interaction on the topics they desire.
The Reliance Passport: EtQ has expanded the depth of the EtQ Reliance Passport to include two sessions for users. The EtQ Reliance Passport is a 2-day event after the User Conference where users are given advanced training on EtQ Reliance. This training includes Administrator training, configurations, and advanced features for those users looking to further their knowledge of the product.
Choose from Basic, Intermediate and Advanced/Case Study Passport training - Giving users the ability to receive training based on their Reliance knowledge. This training alone is equal to $7000 of on-site training, at a fraction of the cost!
Innovation Award
The EtQ Innovation Excellence Award Program recognizes customers who
have implemented EtQ Software in an innovative way to address a key business
challenge that has had a significant impact on their business.
If your organization has implemented a unique and dynamic application, feature or tool within your EtQ software system, you may be eligible to participate in our Award Program. There is no fee to enter. Awards consist of a $25,000, $15,000 and $10,000 credit for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizewinners applicable to the purchase of additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech Support and Maintenance associated with the software licenses won.1
2010 Selection Process2
- Entry: Entrants must submit their Entry to EtQ by July 31, 2010 to be eligible.
- Entry Review: EtQ's Innovation Team will review Entries and select 5 finalists, who will be invited to present their Entry to the EtQ Innovation Team.
- Selections: The EtQ Innovation Team will independently score each finalist's presentation, and the top three finalists by August 31, 2010. The three finalists will be notified within thirty (30) days thereafter.
- Awards announcement and presentation by the winners: The first, second and third place winners of the EtQ Innovation Excellence Award will be announced at the 14th Annual User Conference, and the top three winners are required to present their innovative Entry and its features or tools at the conference.

Second Prize: $15,000 credit towards additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech

Third Prize: $10,000 credit towards additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech Support and
Maintenance associated with the software licenses won for the Entrant's company.
Prizewinners will also receive an inscribed plaque from EtQ in recognition of their achievement.
Winner Presentations
The top three winners will each receive two (2) complimentary passes to the 14th Annual EtQ User Conference to present their innovation.2
- Credits are applicable to amounts not yet invoiced for the EtQ software platform currently in use and must be redeemed by March 31, 2011. Innovation Excellence Award application will include full program eligibility, rules and regulations.

Reliance Passport
This two-day training session will cover
advanced configurations, use of EtQ Designer (graphical
administration interface), reporting and charting, integrations,
plus answer any questions related to EtQ Reliance. The
Reliance Passport will be available in both Basic and
Advanced Tracks. The EtQ Reliance Passport includes 3 days
at the EtQ User Conference, plus two additional days of
advanced Reliance training.
