Innovation Award

The EtQ Innovation Excellence Award Program recognizes customers who have implemented EtQ Software in an innovative way to address a key business challenge that has had a significant impact on their business.

If your organization has implemented a unique and dynamic application, feature or tool within your EtQ software system, you may be eligible to participate in our Award Program. There is no fee to enter. Awards consist of a $25,000, $15,000 and $10,000 credit for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizewinners applicable to the purchase of additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech Support and Maintenance associated with the software licenses won.¹

2010 Selection Process²

1. Entry: Entrants must submit their Entry to EtQ by August 1, 2010 to be eligible.
2. Entry Review: EtQ's Innovation Team will review Entries and select 5 finalists, who will be invited to present their Entry to the EtQ Innovation Team.
3. Selections: The EtQ Innovation Team will independently score each finalist's presentation, and the top three finalists by August 31, 2010. The three finalists will be notified within thirty (30) days thereafter.
4. Awards announcement and presentation by the winners: The first, second and third place winners of the EtQ Innovation Excellence Award will be announced at the 14th Annual User Conference, and the top three winners are required to present their innovative Entry and its features or tools at the conference.

Awards¹

First Prize: $25,000 credit towards additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech Support and Maintenance associated with the software licenses won for the Entrant's company.
Second Prize: $15,000 credit towards additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech Support and Maintenance associated with the software licenses won for the Entrant's company.
Third Prize: $10,000 credit towards additional EtQ software licenses and first year's Tech Support and Maintenance associated with the software licenses won for the Entrant's company.

Winner Presentations

The top three winners will each receive two (2) complimentary passes to the 14th Annual EtQ User Conference to present their innovation.²

1. Credits are applicable to amounts not yet invoiced for the EtQ software platform currently in use and must be redeemed by March 31, 2010. Innovation Excellence Award application will include full program eligibility, rules and regulations.

User Conference Pass
The EtQ User Conference is a three-day event, with sessions, interactive workshops, best practices, industry trends and reports, and more.

Reliance Passport
This two-day training session will cover advanced configurations, use of EtQ Designer (graphical administration interface), reporting and charting, integrations, plus answer any questions related to EtQ Reliance. The Reliance Passport will be available in both Basic and Advanced Tracks. The EtQ Reliance Passport includes 3 days at the EtQ User Conference, plus two additional days of advanced Reliance training.
Dates: Monday, October 18th thru Friday, October 22nd.
