OPENING SESSION: The Building Blocks of
Compliance. We will open the 12th Annual User
Conference, review the overall conference agenda, and
introduce the conference theme: How EtQ is able to provide
your business with the building blocks to foster compliance
initiatives.
Innovation Awards Presentations: As part of
EtQ's Innovation Excellence Awards program, the three winners
of the award will present their innovative solution to the
User Group, providing insight into how they have leveraged
EtQ's software to address specific business needs.
Application Session - Environmental Health
and Safety (EHS): EtQ will provide an in-depth application
session on EtQ’s EHS modules. This informative session
will provide an overview of the modules, sample configurations
and examples of how the modules are used and integrated,
as well as answers to your questions related to the
modules.
Supplier Management with EtQ: In this session,
EtQ will introduce new features and applications to
address the needs of supplier management. We will cover
the concept of how to involve suppliers in your quality management
system, set up supplier profiles and scorecards,
and create supplier ratings based on quality-related data
within your QMS.
Integration Management with EtQ: This session
will cover the various tools and features available to
effectively integrate external business systems with EtQ
(ERP, MRP, MES, etc.). Learn how EtQ can improve collaboration
with your other systems and push/pull data to
streamline operations.
Advanced Configuration with EtQ Reliance,
part 1: In this session, we will cover the advanced techniques
for creating advanced configurations with EtQ
Reliance. This session will include examples of configurations,
workflows and forms to create unique and effective
configurations to your existing processes.
Advanced Configuration with EtQ Reliance,
part 2: Continued from the previous day, the second part of
the EtQ Reliance Advanced configuration will take further
examples in making configurations to better improve your
business processes. Includes question and answer time to
address any specific configuration options.
Enterprise Reporting and Quality
Management Dashboard: This session will cover the latest
features and technologies around analyzing and interpreting
the data within your quality system, including drilldown
reporting, the EtQ portal, as well as new features
and tools coming in future releases of EtQ.
Utilizing EtQ Change Management for Product
Lifecycle Management: Quality and Compliance
Management often will span multiple operational areas within
an organization, often tying quality-related processes
back to product design, process design and more. In this
session, learn how EtQ is tying the Quality Management
system back to product and process design using Change
Management, Customer requirements and more. Learn
how EtQ is developing solutions to enable Quality to be a
critical checkpoint throughout your PLM Process.
Application Session - Document Control And
Training: EtQ will provide an in-depth application session
on EtQ's Document Control and Training modules. This
informative session will provide an overview of the modules,
sample configurations and examples of how the modules
are used and integrated, as well as answers to your questions
related to the modules. We will cover multi-document
change requests, PDF conversion, training quizzes and
more.
Application Session -Audits and Corrective
Action: EtQ will provide an in-depth application session on
EtQ's Audits module. This informative session will provide
an overview of the module, sample configurations and
examples of how the modules are used and integrated, as
well as answers to your questions related to the modules.
We will cover scheduling, configuring audits, checklists,
questions, audit plans, and audit reports, as well as how
Audits link to Corrective Actions.
Birds of a Feather - What is on your
Dashboard? In this roundtable discussion, we will open the
floor to you to discuss some leading concepts at EtQ. In this
session, we will discuss the concept of Dashboards for
Quality, PLM and ERP, and what EtQ can do to make
Quality Management Dashboards a critical Checkpoint for
operations within your business.
Risk Mitigation in Manufacturing Operations:
A recent benchmarking report from the Aberdeen Group
reveals that Best-in-Class manufacturers realize an 11%
increase in products manufactured in compliance, 10% less
asset downtime, and a 1.5 standard deviations reduction in
production process variability. To efficiently manage manufacturing
operations, manufacturers must have capabilities
to manage and mitigate risks from key areas such as supplier
non-conformance, quality and compliance management,
employee health and safety, and time-to-market
deadlines. In this session, we will break down the results of
this report to illustrate how Best-in-Class manufacturers are
standardizing processes for managing risks, investing in
capabilities to escalate non-conformances in real-time, and
integrating manufacturing solutions with risk solutions to
proactively address and mitigate risks across manufacturing
operations.
Application Session - How Risk is Applied to
Complaint Handling and CAPA: EtQ will provide an in depth
application session on EtQ's Complaint Handling and
CAPA modules, and how Risk Assessment tools are applied
to each. This informative session will provide an overview
of the modules, sample configurations and examples of how
the modules are used and integrated using EtQ's Risk
Assessment tool, as well as answers to your questions
related to the modules. We will cover the Risk Assessment
tool, and how it's capabilities can be integrated to
Complaints and CAPA to effectively streamline and filter critical
versus non-critical events.
Application Session - EtQ Enterprise
Administration Console (Data Center): EtQ will provide
an in-depth application session on EtQ's Enterprise
Administration Console (Data Center). This informative
session will provide an overview of the tool and how you can
effectively create a centralized location for multiple facilities,
roll-up data from various departments and facilities, sample
configurations and examples of how the console is used, as
well as answers to your questions related to the console.
We will cover the Enterprise Administration Console, and
how it can provide visibility into site-level activities within
your business.
In-Depth Case Studies: In these sessions, EtQ
turns the podium over to our customers to demonstrate how
they have used EtQ to solve a unique business need. Past
customer presenters include, Johnson and Johnson, Air
Canada, FujiFilm, Oakley, Herman Miller, and more. CALL

about the details of the EtQ tech support and maintenance
program, and how to maximize EtQ services to your benefit.
Topics will include the new EtQ Wiki, how to use EtQ's
Web-based support, and more.
Birds of a Feather - Release Schedule: In this
session, take a look into upcoming tools, features, and modules
in future releases of EtQ. This is a great opportunity to
provide feedback on future developments within EtQ.
Application Session - Meetings: EtQ will provide
an in-depth application session on EtQ's Meetings
module. This informative session will provide an overview
of the module, sample configurations and examples of how
the module is used and integrated as well as answers to
your questions related to the module. We will cover planning
and executing meetings, and assigning action items to
individuals and groups.
Application Session - Project Control: EtQ will
provide an in-depth application session on EtQ's Project
Control module. This informative session will provide an
overview of the module, sample configurations and examples
of how the module is used and integrated as well as
answers to your questions related to the module. We will
cover how to set up project templates, assign roles and
tasks, and the process of managing and executing project
for various initiatives such as APQP, Six Sigma and more.
Application Session - eValidator: EtQ will provide
an in-depth application session on EtQ's eValidator utility.
This informative session will provide an overview of how
eValidator is built-into EtQ's solution, and how you can manage
and execute test scripts, and more.
Closing Remarks: We will sum up the week's
activities and conclude the conference.
Reliance Passport: EtQ is offering a two-day event after the User Conference designed to give users advanced
training on EtQ Reliance. This training session will cover advanced configurations, use of EtQ Designer (graphical
administration interface), reporting and charting, plus answer any questions related to EtQ Reliance.

The EtQ Innovation Excellence Award Program recognizes customers who have implemented EtQ Software in an innovative way to address a key business challenge that has had a significant impact on their business.
If your organization has implemented a unique and dynamic application, feature or tool within your EtQ software system, you may be eligible to participate in the program. There is no fee to enter, and awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners.

The EtQ Reliance Passport includes 3 days at the EtQ User Conference, plus two additional days of advanced Reliance training.
