1. Basic: For those customers who have recently implemented EtQ’s solution and received the initial training, this session serves as both a refresher and accelerator to that training. In this workshop, we will review administration of EtQ Reliance, and then begin to explore more advanced concepts. Learn about conditional business rules, and how to create subforms and extensible tables. Learn more about looking up information for other data sources, and much more. This basic session takes your initial knowledge of Reliance to the next level.
2. Intermediate: Customers who have been using some basic out of the box for a few years, but want to start doing more than out-of-the-box, should sign up for intermediate. In this workshop, we will look at the point where the out of the box ends, and the advanced begins. We will introduce you to EtQScript, our scripting tools that provide an additional layer of functionality. We will provide knowledge on how to make your forms interact on conditional rules, and pull data from other modules and databases. We will also look into utilizing tools like the Enterprise Configuration Center, and parent-child relationships between records. If you want to become an advanced user and start building Reliance with new and innovative applications, this is where you start.
3. Advanced: Advanced is for customers who have been with EtQ Reliance for some years, and have some technical background on how to make the system work for their unique business needs, but need to dig deeper into the solution. In this session, we will work through more complicated scenarios, involving integration, advanced querying and EtQScript, and multi-site implementation. We will also provide scripting examples of common scenarios submitted by the group.
4. Expert: This workshop is reserved for those individuals who have completed all the other training levels and are at the pinnacle of their Reliance expertise. In this session, we will work together to solve complex scenarios and challenges within the customer group. This workshop serves as a group “think-tank” of Reliance experts sharing and collaborating in new and innovative ways. To be a part of this class, you need a strong technical background and advanced expertise in EtQ Reliance. |
